The real estate developer companies Ajmera Realty & Rustomjee Group has come up with a project of Redevelopment in Bandra West. Both the companies hold a 50% partnership in the project. The project aims to build luxury premium appartments in Bandra estimated carpet area of approximately 130,000 sqft for sale, according to statement by Ajmer Realty.
The joint venture between the two companies Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited (ARIIL) and Keystone Realtors Limited (Rustomjee Group) named Ajmera Luxe Realty Private Limited (ALRPL) announced the project on 18 January 2024 aiming Rs 760 crore of gross development value (GDV).
The joint venture stated a commitment of elevating aging housing societies into a contemporary asset. The core objective of the joint venture to deliver a premium luxury residential apartments as well as well offering a premium lifestyle. This project’s strategic focus is give a unique product in upscale locale of Bandra. Bandra being one of the most prestigious locations for homeownership, is poised to witness a surge in housing demand, further accentuated by concurrent infrastructure projects within the city, the statement added.
