Good teeth and gum care is an important part of maintaining over all health. Oral health is significantly associated with major chronic diseases, can cause disability, and contribute to low self-esteem.

WITHOUT TEETH YOUR LIFE WILL BE THE FUN OF ALL AND YOU CAN’T EAT PROPERLY. SO PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH.

Proper teeth and gum care does not require excessive time or expensive oral hygiene instruments.

Additionally, not smoking, drinking plenty of water, and getting regular dental cleanings and checkups are needed to keep gums healthy and teeth cavity free.

Brush Your Teeth

Brushing should take about 2 minutes. A timer set for 2 minutes can help you make sure you are brushing for the appropriate amount of time.

  • Start your brushing routine in the back of your mouth. If you follow the same routine each time, it will become a habit.

  • In order to loosen food debris and plaque that builds around the gum line. Brush in a circular motion downward from the gums.

  • Don’t forget the backsides of your teeth.

  • Brush the biting surfaces of your teeth to loosen food particles that settle in the indentations.

The average American drinks only 2-1/2 cups of water per day.

Visit your dentist twice a year, or more if you’re prone to gum disease. While brushing and flossing daily helps prevent bacteria from building up in your mouth. You need a dentist visit to fully scrape clean the tartar that can build up and lead to gum disease.

  • Replace your toothbrush every 3 to 4 months.

  • Eat a healthy diet. You are less likely to get gum disease if you eat healthy foods.
